MNA employs competent, reliable, hard-working, and compassionate nurses with vast array of nursing specialties. We provide supplemental staffing needs to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and other Medical Facilities in Maryland. Even on a short notice you can count on MNA to make its reliable and dependable staff available to help. You can request as little as 4 hours to as needed, for one or several of our RNs, LPNs, or CNAs health care professionals.

Emergency Room Nurses (ER).

 

Our Emergency registered nurses (ED RNs) provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma, minor or major illness requiring emergency attention. Our nurses are well prepared to handle emergency cases in any environment

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurses (NICU).

 

Our NICU nurses provide intensive around-the-clock care, including both medical needs and basic daily care activities for newborn babies who are delivered pre-term (neonates) or at-term newborns that experience complications at the time of birth.

Labor & Delivery/Mother Baby Nurses (L&D).

 

MNA’s nurses help to educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs during the post-partum period, while in the hospital setting. They perform the dual role of caring for the infants and educating mothers about care.

Telemetry Nurses.

 

Our Telemetry Nurses care for patient with heart related problems as well as people who are sick, injured, convalescent or disabled. They are trained to easily and quickly assimilate into in-house team in any Facility.

PACU/RECOVERY Nurses.

 

Our PACU nurses provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local.

Float Pool Registered Nurses (FLOAT).

 

MNA’s Float nurses provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members. Our nurse are well prepared to blend into in-house team and able to rotate other units seamlessly.

Critical Care (ICU/CSU/MSICU) RN.

 

Our ICU nurses provide care to acutely and critically ill patients, in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment. They collaborate with in-house staff and other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.

Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (MEDSURG).

Our MEDSURG nurses help with assessing, planning, prioritizing, organizing, administering, and evaluating patient care for a group of patients on the unit on short or long term basis

Dialysis Nurses.

 

 

Dialysis Nurses provide care and support for patients suffering from acute and chronic renal (kidney) failure. They assist pre- and during dialysis procedures, following physician orders.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

 

Our LPNs provide nursing care and teaching to patients and families in Hospitals and Medical Facilities all over Maryland.  They coordinate with in-house staff to provide and implements established plan of nursing care for individual patients or a group of residents.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CAN).

 

Our CNAs are key team members who ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered to patients.  

They significantly contribute to the health; well-being, and quality of life of patients/residents in MNA client’s facilities.
